Modernization of the Electrical Installation in the Boiler Room of the Dormitory Building at the Agricultural School Complex in Rusocin

The modernization of the electrical installation in the boiler room of the dormitory building at the Agricultural School Complex in Rusocin is another important step in upgrading the energy infrastructure of the facility. The investment included a series of essential works to ensure energy efficiency and user safety.

Main Stages of Work

Power Supply: The overhaul of the electrical installation in the boiler room did not require the expansion of the existing power line (WLZ). The installed electrical switchboard (RKOT) supports all technological equipment in the boiler room, ensuring stable operation.

Cable and Wire Routes: The cables in the boiler room were laid in accordance with N SEP-E-002 standards, ensuring proper installation planning. All cables were laid in perpendicular and parallel lines to the walls, taking care not to weaken the building’s structural elements.

Lighting Installations: Modern LED lighting fixtures were used, meeting the requirements for rooms with increased humidity (IP44). Emergency and evacuation lighting was implemented using LED fixtures with an autotest function, ensuring appropriate light intensity during evacuations.

Protection Against Electric Shock and Overvoltage: To ensure user safety, residual current devices (IΔn=30mA) and surge protectors were installed, effectively safeguarding the installation from overvoltage and electrical failures.

Ecological and Safety Standards

Thanks to the modernization, the installation complies with the latest fire protection standards as well as ecological norms, contributing to the safe operation of the building. Fire protection is ensured by short-circuit and overload protections, minimizing the risk of fire.
