Renovation of the gas boiler room at the Primary School in Stare Pole

Boiler House of the Future – An Investment in Quality and Safety
The planned scope of work includes the removal of worn-out steel boilers and all installation equipment, including pumps, valves, pipelines, and insulation. Four modern, 60 kW condensing gas boilers, operating in a cascade configuration, will be installed in their place. The total heating capacity of the new boiler house will be 240 kW, precisely as determined by the building’s thermal balance.
The renovation will also include a new supply and exhaust ventilation system, a chimney liner, thermal insulation of the pipelines, and complete automation enabling intelligent control of the heating system.

Planned outcome – savings, comfort, and reliability
The new boiler house will not only be more efficient but also significantly safer to operate. The modernization will reduce energy costs, improve the reliability of the heating system, and provide better working and learning conditions in the school building.
This is an important investment for the local community, implemented with the future in mind. Modern infrastructure is the basis for students’ comfort and safety.
